Brief description of silane treatment technology

Silane treatment technology is a new nano-metal pre-treatment technology, it does not contain any harmful metals, and for a wide range of multi-metal substrate to provide superior corrosion resistance.

Silane treatment replaces traditional iron and zinc products and is environmentally friendly.

Silane treatment products catalog provides a variety of metal surface treatment products, such as cold-rolled steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, and other multi-metal substrate applications. Silane treatment technology is gradually replacing the applicable industry pretreatment process.

Silane treatment products are easy to use, excellent environmental characteristics.

The product does not contain any toxic ingredients and is therefore very safe to use.

Therefore, the amount of waste water produced during the coating process is minimized and easy to handle.



Silane treatment chemistry

The product is a polymer with organic silane functional groups, which provides us with the required corrosion protection and enhanced coating adhesion requirements.

In the silane drying process, the adjacent hydroxyl groups react with each other, in the substrate surface to form a layer of dense, mutual penetration, cross-linked network structure of the membrane.

After the metal surface is cleaned, the silane product reacts with the hydroxide in its oxide layer at room temperature to form a strong covalent bond.

Silane treatment saves cost

Since the silane treatment can be produced at room temperature, it is no longer necessary to heat the bath. And the project process does not contain phosphate, so the waste water treatment part of the expenditure is also saved.

Fewer production steps and shorter processing times help to increase plant capacity. The bath concentration can be controlled by the pH value and tested by titration and spectrophotometry.

The actual operation is almost no residue, because the process will not be any strength of the metal surface corrosion.
